I’m new to the area. What is there to do?

I have school-age children. Where will they go to school?

Children who live at Cityview at South Congress matriculate to Austin Independent School District, specifically Travis Heights Elementary School, Fulmore Middle School, and Travis High School.

Do you allow pets?

Absolutely! However, we do restrict aggressive breeds. If you have a question about a specific breed of animal, please call us at 512-326-8631 to discuss.

I like the convenience of paying my bills online. Can I pay my rent online?

Yes, you can! You can also pay your utilities online as well. Simply go to our Residents page for more information.
